For the last few days there has been a lot of talk about a young boy who made a clock.
Well I have read everything I could find and looked at all of the pictures, pictures of the item, the boy, his family.
Do you mean to tell me that this bright young man and/or his family did not realize this item could look like a bomb??? Some people say it was bios, he is Muslim, he is dark skinned that is why everyone is picking on him. As a Muslim don't you think that someone in that family looked at that and said, Yep looks like a bomb....
Some say, but where are the fake explosives, ok go watch a little more T.V. Try any detective show, NCIS, Criminal Minds, NYPD etc. etc. etc. The explosives are inside and you don't usually see them until they either go boom, which is too late, or someone dismantles the bomb.
Did you see the explosives in the bombs that killed so many during the Boston Marathon? NO you did not.
What would have happened if that had been a bomb and it went off in that school, would we all say to the teacher who survived and said, "Well I thought it looked like a bomb but didn't want to appear bios toward the young man", good job teach for being politically correct?
This is a new world we live in, these things are possible, I am sorry but that is fact... One man said if my son baked a cake that looked like a gun and took it to school, white green or black, he would have been in trouble. (white green or black are my words). We have a no tolerance policy in most schools whether by design or accident it was broken, maybe arresting the young man was a step too far after you took it apart and realized what is was. But patting him on the back for scaring people is also a step to far.
They said he is a bright kid, well then was he bright enough to realize what it looked like or are we giving him too much credit for being bright. OR are we not bright enough to see how he duped us all the way around.

Wow this is slow going;
What is on my mind today? Well probably World Peace... There seems to be so much hate and discontent at least here on the internet, but when you talk to people you know they don't seem to be thinking like that, so is it the internet and we feel we can say things here that we might not say else where?? I hope not, I would like the internet to be a place of learning and understanding, an open conversation when we don't like what someone says, don't agree with what someone says but mostly when we don't understand why they say and think like they do.
Who is the real me, the internet person or the face to face person? That is a scary thought, but it is something to think about. Even for me... LOL
One thing I saw today that made me stop and think was a person said that the Pope really does not believe in Jesus, a few other negative things were stated and I responded to that by saying; that she was talking trash and doesn't she think there is enough hate in the world. But the thing that really made me think was this; Why do you think you know what someone else believes. Belief is something inside that really isn't visible. What I tell you I believe and what I really believe can be two different things. I think the Bible says; know them by their fruits, ( or actions or works) depending on the version you read. The Pope acts like, sounds like and therefore I think he might believe like Jesus. I was going to use that old adage about the duck and decided it might not be appropriate to compare the Pope to a duck.
Well anyway unless someone gets in on these conversations with myself you might have to hear me ramble on for years. My kids can tell you I can talk a mile a minute and am just full of opinions. Take care and have a Great Day!

A little of me
Well now that I decided to blog I am having a problem with words. LOL there are none. I came here to start this because I am concerned and I am interested in so many areas of my world that there are times I just want to say something and get others feed back on what I think.
I am always open for discussion and even different opinion as long as things are kept respectful. A little spark never hurts but cruelty and disrespect is not acceptable.
I love my world and my life and see such stress every where that I thought if we could just share our feelings our likes and dislikes with each other maybe we could learn to understand and respect one another in ways that could bring some peace and harmony to at least our little part of the world.
I am never sure what will pop up here but I hope we could all join in with an open heart and an open mind. I will probably bring up something I have seen or heard and try to open a discussion.
Ok that said, let's blog.............
